Jay’s Authentic Thai Cuisine is a local restaurant in Kokomo, Indiana, founded by Jeerasuk “Jay” Ragsaken, who moved from Khon Kaen, Thailand, to the United States in 1947 to share his original recipes with the world. This project focused on a bold, innovative rebrand, featuring a food truck wrap, to-go packaging, and a redesigned menu that captures the restaurant’s personality. The rebrand draws inspiration from Thailand’s colorful pop art and vibrant street markets.
